- Schedule work with customer.
- Move Lawn furniture, plants, etc. out of the way of painted area.
- Pressure wash to remove mildew and dirt.
- Loose paint chips are scraped off.
- Areas are sanded that need be.
- Caulk is applied where needed.
- Bare wood is primed.
- Glossy surfaces are scuffed.
- Non-painted surfaces are covered.
- A coat of paint is applied.
- A second coat of paint is applied if needed.
- Remove all plastic.
- Everything is cleaned up.
- Put lawn furniture, plants, etc. back in place.
- Touch up paint labeled and left with customer.
